What’s the plan?

When crisis hits, large or small, it’s important that all involved are on the same page.

Indigo’s Crisis Communication Plan is created for the purpose of containing and minimising any damage to the company by planning in advance. With early identification of risks, it’s possible to control the flow of information giving your company a head start when it needs it most.

In the plan, we detail defined lines of communication to ensure all contact with the media is moderated.

We also provide comprehensive guidelines for your employees to follow when speaking to clients or suppliers.

The material within it also ensures that the basics are to hand in the usually confused early stages of a crisis -  draft outline press releases, media contacts, communications logs and other essential background material is included in the plan.
